How to Pay

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • BACS Transfer: Please contact us on 01865 821101 or email askflo@floandjoe.co.uk for details.

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) or PayPal. Your card details are encrypted and never stored by Flo & Joe.

💱 International Payments & Shipping
Customers outside the UK can pay online in their local currency. Your bank or payment provider will confirm the exact exchange rate at the time of purchase.

International shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout. A flat rate of £45 applies to small and lightweight items. For larger or multiple items, we will obtain competitive shipping quotes and confirm the cost with you before dispatch.

All international shipping costs must be paid in full before we release the order. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping — simply contact us to coordinate collection from our UK warehouse.

Please note: Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

📞 Phone Orders
For security reasons, we do not take card details over the phone. Instead, we can provide a secure payment link or our bank details (for BACS transfer) if you prefer not to order online.

 

🔒 Security Checks
For your protection and ours, some orders (particularly international orders or higher-value purchases) may be subject to additional verification before dispatch. If this is the case, we will contact you promptly to confirm your order details.

Once your payment is approved, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email with your Order Reference Number.
