Terms & Conditions
1. Application of Terms
By placing an order with Flo & Joe, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & Availability
We aim to present all products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur due to screen settings or the natural materials used.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund within 15 days.
3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to adjust prices if VAT rates change. 
- 
Prices may change at any time, but you will be charged the price shown when you placed your order. 
- 
Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Flo & Joe may withdraw promotions without notice.

Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your card details.
We reserve the right to refuse orders if a payment has failed, is disputed, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Order Process
When placing an order, you must provide accurate personal details including name, billing and delivery address, email, and telephone number.
Once you click Confirm Order and payment has been authorised, your order is confirmed and cannot be amended.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are shown at checkout. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, customs checks, or force majeure events).
If your order contains multiple products, these may arrive in separate parcels.
Customers arranging their own collection and shipping must do so within 28 days of notification. After this, storage charges may apply and orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
6. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, please notify us in writing (by email or post) within this period. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will include the full value of the goods and the original standard delivery cost. Return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Items must be unused, with all swing tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Exemptions
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

custom or personalised items 
- 
items unsealed for health/hygiene reasons 
7. Returns & Exchanges

8. Delivery Issues
If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us (e.g. “undeliverable”, “not claimed”, or “refused”), we will contact you. We may re-ship the order at your cost or refund the order value.
If a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, a lost parcel claim form may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued.
9. Liability
We will not be responsible for:

losses not caused by our breach of these Terms 
- 
business losses (e.g. lost profits, revenue, or contracts) 
- 
events beyond our reasonable control 
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on floandjoe.co.uk, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Flo & Joe or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
11. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value. Products purchased using vouchers may be returned for exchange or credit note in line with our Returns Policy.
